| Each individual Mist Element and Odor Element (Odour in the UK) is packed in a resealable polyurethane bag. This keeps the elements clean and dry until you need to use them. If not sealed the Odor Elements are likely to adsorb humidity (moisture) from the air. This will reduce the efficiency of the activated charcoal granules inside the element and reduce its effective life. The OEM supplies their Odor Elements in a sleeve of 5 pieces wrapped in thin shrink wrap. Once you open the package the remaining elements are exposed to air and may adsorb moisture. |
